The Production Team Leader is responsible for training and supervising team members, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service.

• Supervise and lead the production team in daily tasks.
• Ensure that all coffee, food, and beverages meet quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to maintain a high-performance team.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate and optimize the production workflow for efficiency and minimal waste.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a coffee shop or food service environment.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and food preparation techniques.
