Description

The Commissary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring efficient workflows, quality control, and adherence to safety and production standards. This role involves supervising production staff, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with management to meet production goals.

Requirement

  • Commissary Supervisor will be working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards in the entire production cycle
  • Must be a Graduate of FOOD TECHNOLOGY
  • Has an experience in the FOOD INDUSTRY (e.g restaurants, fast food chains, and the like) deep knowledge
  • Must have deep knowledge and understanding of QUALITY STANDARDS and FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS
  • Experience in Quality Assurance is an ADVANTAGE.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc)
  • Knowledgeable in doing daily, monthly production reports
  • Must have good LEADERSHIP SKILL.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • METICULOUS and STRICT in checking the quality of the products from START to FINISH.
  • Must be willing to do OVERTIME AND willing to WORK DURING HOLIDAYS AND REST DAY (if advised)
  • Must be FLEXIBLE and has the INITIATIVE to perform tasks alone or with a team
  • Must be a GOOD TEAM PLAYER
  • WE PREFER APPLICANTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY IN NAGA CITY OR WITHIN NAGA CITY, CAMARINES or willing to relocate
