JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of production lines to ensure that output, quality, safety, and delivery targets are achieved efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

The role involves managing personnel, monitoring production performance, and ensuring adherence to Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards. The Production Supervisor drives continuous improvement in productivity, waste reduction, and operational discipline while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
• ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Awareness Training
• Lean Six Sigma / 5S / Kaizen / TPM Training preferred
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certification.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and familiarity with ERP or production systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven under pressure
