- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage and train production staff, promoting teamwork and safety.
- Monitor production schedules and inventory levels.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operations management, process improvement, and problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: On-site in a factory setting, may require shifts and overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
