Continuos Improvement Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze current production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and improvement opportunities
• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics (e.g., yield, downtime, defects) and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure process standardization and optimization
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and efficiency
• Ensure all improvement initiatives align with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and regulatory requirements
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions for recurring issues
• Facilitate training and coaching of employees on process improvement tools and best practices
• Track and report the progress and impact of improvement projects to management
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation across the organization
• Support audits and compliance checks related to quality, safety, and operational standards
• Recommend process innovations, automation, or technology upgrades to improve overall efficiency
