Description
- Set up and operate production equipment according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Assist in the training of new production staff.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset
