Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any technical degree in Electronics, TESDA-accredited programs, or a related vocational course
• Knowledgeable in machine operations
• Skilled in troubleshooting machines, data coders, traversing units, and other on-site equipment
• Familiarity with production procedures and protocols
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer-literate with a strong technical inclination
• Willing to undergo 3 months of training
• Able to shift schedules and work overtime
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned in different areas: (South Luzon, North Luzon, VisMin)

Job Description:

• Operate and manage machine-specific functions such as configuration, setup, and optimization of performance
• Monitor equipment to ensure it is functioning at full capacity
• Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure continuous operation
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and resolve production issues
