Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
• Experience Level: 3–5 years in a production or manufacturing environment
• Skills and Competencies: Proven machine operation skills, strong people handling skills, and team leadership experience
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple production tasks and lead a team effectively
• Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with adherence to safety standards; willing to work on shifting schedule, Saturday schedule
