- Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Manage and train production team members to foster a high-performance environment.

- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve production issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a production environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle production-related challenges and maintain team morale
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
