- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in production management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management, system design, planning, inventory, forecasting, process improvement, supply chain management, and operations management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, ensure quality control, manage inventory levels, improve workflow efficiency, and coordinate supply chain operations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a manufacturing environment, may require overtime and adherence to safety regulations.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.
