Description
- Oversee the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and quality standards.
- Manage production planning and scheduling to meet customer demands.
- Lead research and development initiatives for new products and improvement of existing ones.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of forecasting and production planning
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in chocolate production methodologies
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and project leadership abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage teams
