Quality Auditing

Description

  • The product line controller is responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality. This role involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating products, as well as documenting findings and implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.

    • Requirement

    • Graduate of BS in Food Technology
    • Has experience in the food industry (e.g., restaurants, fast food chains, and the like) and deep knowledge
    • Must have deep knowledge and understanding of quality standards and food safety protocols
    • Experience in quality assurance is an advantage.
    • Proficient in using MS Office (word, excel, PPT, etc)
    • Knowledgeable in doing daily and monthly production reports
    • Must have good leadership skills.
    • Good communication skills
    • Meticulous and strict in checking the quality of the products from start to finish.
    • Must be willing to do overtime and willing to work during holidays and rest days (if advised)
    • Must be flexible and have the initiative to perform tasks alone or with a team.
    • Must be a good team player
