Job Summary

The role is responsible for assisting in day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring timely processing of purchase requests, and supporting vendor coordination during the reliever period.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding procurement requirements
• Support vendor accreditation, evaluation, and coordination
• Assist in canvassing, price comparison, and negotiation documents
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers
• Ensure completeness and proper filing of procurement documents
• Perform other procurement related administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of procurement or purchasing experience (internship experience is acceptable)
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
