Job Title: Procurement Staff

Location: Pasig Area

Employment Type: 6months contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to support our company in planning and purchasing supply. The role focuses on developing cost-saving initiatives and purchasing strategies while maintaining strong professional relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning

• Identify and anticipate demand changes based on actual supply and consumption data.
• Determine product quality, quantity, and specifications for goods and services to be procured.
• Review the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) daily and generate stock-out reports.
• Monitor open purchase orders and stock-out reports to ensure timely replenishment.
• Analyze inventory through supply stratification and spend analysis.
• Initiate purchase orders for inventory replenishment as required.
• Conduct inventory checks and audits across all stores and non-store inventory locations.
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives and manage expenses per business supplier.

Purchasing

• Ensure all purchase requisitions comply with operational policies and procedures.
• Research, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers.
• Request quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Generate and issue purchase orders and secure supplier confirmation.
• Monitor and update purchase orders in the system.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of files and databases.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and the Code of Honor.
• Uphold and protect the Company’s image and interests at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related courses.
• At least six (6) months of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply management.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledgeable in SAP, and Microsoft Office
• Fast learner who can work independently.
• Results-driven, committed, and detail-oriented.
