Project Secretary (Inventory and Procurement)
Role Responsibilities
•Procures local materials needed for projects
•Creates weekly inventory report and monitor the release of inventory for project
•Updates Ecoliving boards on proposed project timeline versus actual project timeline
•Assists Construction lead by creating schedule for assignment of labor to project – pending approval of board
Required Hard Skills
•Proficient with Microsoft Office
•Experienced in creating inventory management systems
•Experienced in construction industry
•Less than 3 years of work experience
Required Soft Skills
•Highly Organized
•Self-motivated
•Willingness to learn
Working Location
Ecoliving Prefab Plaza. Better Living Subdivision, 98 Doña Soledad Ave, Don Bosco, Parañaque, 1700 Metro Manila, Philippines
