Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor site inventory of construction materials (electrical, mechanical, civil)
• Receive and inspect deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Receipts (DR)
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safeguarding of materials on-site
• Process and record Material Requests (MR) and issuance to project teams
• Maintain updated stock cards, inventory logs, and monitoring sheets
• Conduct regular physical counts and inventory reconciliation
• Track material consumption vs. project requirements/BOQ
• Report shortages, overstock, and damaged materials
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project engineers
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory and usage reports
• Ensure compliance with site control procedures and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least college level (Engineering, Logistics, or related field preferred)
• Experience in construction inventory/material control
• Familiarity with construction materials (MEPF, civil, structural)
