Description

Provide technical support for process-related inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist in troubleshooting process issues and provide solutions to optimize workflows.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing processes.
Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and technical support activities.
Train users on new process implementations and updates.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field (2 to 4 year course)
Experience Level: at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office applications.
Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knows simple QC tools such as Fish Bone Diagram, Pareto chart, Line or Bar graph, etc.
Responsibilities and duties: Ability to identify and set priorities; willing to work on extended hours and shifting work schedule
Working Conditions: Production environment
