POSITION SUMMARY

• Drive Process Engineering team.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving the work instruction(eMOI) system.
• Responsible for product and process development.
• Train production personnel on new products and processes.
• Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality and productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
• Product & Process design development with optimized production process.
• Cooperates with related departments to solve production issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Good skill in operation analysis to generate Work instruction.
• Can use SAP system.
• Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality and productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
• Good software and computer skills: AutoCAD 2D/ MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• With good training skills.
• Hard-working, ability in problem-solving & independent working.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Senior process engineering in a Power Supply factory.
• Can read and understand technical documents/technical drawings.
