DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical services such as installation, deployment, integration, and implementation of products and systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for clients and end-users.
• Conduct testing, configuration, and system checks to ensure proper functionality.
• Assist in project implementation and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and service records.
• Provide user training and technical guidance when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
• Support the resolution of technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in mentoring junior technical staff and sharing technical knowledge.

Job Requirements

Experience: 3 to 5 years related experience in I.T and Data Center industry.
