The Pop-Up Store Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of SMEG’s pop-up stores, ensuring that sales targets are met, customer experiences are exceptional, and the brand is represented at the highest standards. This role involves managing a team, driving sales performance, and ensuring the seamless execution of pop-up store activities. The supervisor will work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to execute engaging and successful short-term retail activations.

• Oversee the operational management of SMEG’s pop-up stores, ensuring that the store runs efficiently, product displays are well-organized, and the store environment is aligned with SMEG's brand image.
• Manage day-to-day activities such as staffing, inventory control, customer service, and sales operations.
• Ensure the store is adequately stocked with products and promotional materials, and that inventory is tracked accurately.
• Set sales targets for the pop-up store and drive the sales team to achieve or exceed these targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, providing guidance and support to the team as needed to meet goals.
• Conduct regular sales reports and provide feedback to management regarding sales trends, customer behavior, and pop-up store performance.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, event management, or store supervision. Previous experience in managing pop-up stores, retail activations, or luxury home appliances is a plus.
