Description

• Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the pool and surrounding facilities.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations with guests to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Administer basic first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, such as a Diploma in Hospitality or Recreation Management.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and operate pool maintenance equipment.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
