Description
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of the swimming pool area.
- Provide excellent customer service to all pool users, ensuring their enjoyment and safety.
- Assist in basic pool maintenance tasks and report any issues to management.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for patrons.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about pool facilities and services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and safety measures.
- Qualities and Traits: Physically fit and able to perform maintenance tasks.
- Qualifications: Certification in lifeguard or pool management preferred.
