- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and ensure timely resolution of urgent issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training in plumbing is a plus.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant plumbing experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment with strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments, including tight spaces, and under diverse weather conditions.
