Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new methods and technologies for production optimization.
Lead and develop a high-performing production team to enhance workflow and employee satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications: Mechanical / Industrial or related field required.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills, proficiency in production management software, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee the production process, coordinate all production activities and operations, plan and draw up a production schedule, and ensure that the production is cost-effective.
Working Conditions: This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and machinery. The role requires a combination of office work and time spent on the production floor.
Qualities and Traits: The ideal candidate should be decisive, detail-oriented, have a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
