Description
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer's expectations
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return to asset
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
Requirement
- At least 5 years experience in running office furniture, joineries, loose furniture production, planning and control
- Knowledgeable in operating, maintenance of CNC machine for woods
- Vast experience in Planning, Production and Control
- Excellent managerial and leadership experience
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Willing to be assigned in Rizal Techno Park Taytay, Rizal
