Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the entire operations of our dairy or food processing facility in the UAE. The Plant Manager ensures efficient production, quality, safety, and profitability while managing staff, resources, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations of the dairy or food processing plant.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Manage and supervise department heads (Production, QC, Laboratory, Maintenance, and Farm Operations).
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and UAE food safety regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Handle staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Maintain production reports, KPIs, and management documentation.
• Promote a safe, hygienic, and motivating work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Production Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in plant management within dairy, food, or beverage industries.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial and operational management capabilities.
• Ability to manage large teams and coordinate multiple departments.
