OPERATIONS & MARKETING

• Achieves 100% of the monthly sales target.
• Manages on-time deliveries and resolves all truck-related issues.
• Monitors daily cash sales reports and collections.
• Monitors and reviews all billing statements of the plant.
• Resolves all complaints from merchants and dealers.
• Reports and resolves all issues involving production machines.
• Recommends marketing activities to help achieve sales targets and reduce expenses.

ADMINISTRATION

• Coaches and motivates all team members in the administration, production, and delivery departments.
• Ensures that rules and policies are properly implemented.
• Monitors the work schedules of all staff and submits timekeeping reports to the head office on time.
• Monitors and evaluates employees and security guards on duty.

Job Requirements

• handling people : 2 years (Preferred)
• Operations : 1 year (Preferred)
