Description
- Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems using various materials and methods.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of piping systems.
- Conduct tests to identify leaks and ensure the integrity of pipe installations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations during installation processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus.
- Experience Level:1–3 years in pipefitting or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in welding and pipe cutting techniques, strong problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Qualities and Traits:Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude.
