Job Description

• Dispenses medications accurately for inpatients, outpatients, and employees
• Prepares and compounds IV fluids using proper aseptic techniques
• Coordinates with physicians and nurses on suitable drug alternatives
• Manages inventory, including sourcing and purchasing non-formulary medications
• Ensures proper storage, handling, and documentation of all drugs
• Dispenses controlled medications in compliance with regulatory standards
• Provides medication counseling and drug information to patients and staff
• Maintains records, supports training, and performs assigned pharmacy duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy graduate with valid PRC license
• Updated PTR and compliant with required trainings
• Attended PSHP/PPHA seminars for continuing professional development
• Open to fresh graduates; must be a PRC-Registered Pharmacist.
