Position Overview

The Senior HR Officer will play a critical role in driving organizational performance by overseeing employee evaluation systems, managing Key Performance Indicators (KPls), and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management & KPIs

• Develop, implement, and monitor KPI frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure fair, transparent evaluation processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on KPI analysis.

Employee Evaluation & Development

• Design and manage employee appraisal systems.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Support career progression planning and succession management.

HR Operations

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

Strategic HR Support

• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Contribute to organizational development projects and change management initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, performance evaluation systems, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
