A fast-growing Japanese restaurant group operating in Manila and Dubai.

We are expanding rapidly and looking for a skilled Payroll Officer to manage payroll and staff financial records for our Manila operations.

Position: Payroll Officer

Schedule: Monday–Friday + Saturday or Sunday (6days/ week)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary Package

₱23,000 – ₱30,000 / month

(Above industry standard + incentives)

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for 45+ employees on time and accurately
• Manage deductions, overtime, and adjustments
• Handle cash advances, allowances, and attendance discrepancies
• Maintain 201 files and payroll records
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll-related concerns
• Ensure DOLE compliance
• Prepare payroll reports for management
• Government contribution calculation (SSS, Pag-ibig. Philhealth)

Qualifications

• At least 2 years payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of DOLE payroll rules
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Trustworthy and responsible
• Can start immediately
