• Payroll Officer
• Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City
• Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
• Salary: ₱33,000 – ₱35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Officer to manage the company's payroll operations and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, government remittances, and payroll reporting. This role requires excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work under strict payroll deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
• Verify employee attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave records, and payroll adjustments.
• Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, incentives, commissions, and final pay.
• Ensure payroll data is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
• Government Compliance
• Prepare and process mandatory government contributions and remittances, including:
• SSS
• PhilHealth
• Pag-IBIG
• BIR Withholding Tax
• Prepare payroll reports and government-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Payroll Records & Reporting
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee payroll files.
• Prepare payroll summaries, payroll registers, and management reports.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related concerns promptly.
• Generate reports for Finance, HR, and Management as required.
• Employee Support
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, benefits, and government contributions.
• Assist in payroll-related audits and internal compliance reviews.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation and payroll information.
• Process Improvement
• Assist in improving payroll processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll system updates, testing, and implementation when necessary.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of payroll processing experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll laws, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience processing payroll for medium to large organizations.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and DOLE regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and payroll computations).
• Experience using payroll systems or HRIS is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Online Gaming, PIGO, iGaming, Sports Betting, or Casino industry is an advantage.
