Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development/Partnership Officer to join our team, focusing on government accounts. The ideal candidate will have a vast network within government sectors, along with the ability to manage end-to-end partnership processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in securing and managing successful government partnerships.


  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with government agencies and organizations.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the government sector in Metro Manila and other regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential government partners and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve business objectives within the government sector.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties involved.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of government partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of government partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on government policies, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
  • Represent the company at government events, conferences, and meetings to promote partnership opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, sales or a similar role, with a focus on government accounts.
  • Extensive network within government sectors in Metro Manila and other regions.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end partnership processes, from identification to execution and management.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relationship management.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the government sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
