Description

The Part-Time Event Ambassador will serve as a brand representative at various events, engaging with the public to promote brand awareness, build positive connections, and create memorable experiences for attendees. This role involves setting up event spaces, interacting with potential clients or customers, distributing promotional materials, and answering questions to help enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate is outgoing, enthusiastic, and has excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at events, representing the company in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Engagement & Interaction: Engage with event attendees to promote products or services, answer questions, and provide information about the brand.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and retain knowledge about the brand, products, services, and mission to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Promotional Material Distribution: Distribute flyers, samples, and other promotional materials as needed.
  • Event Setup & Teardown: Assist with setting up and dismantling event displays, banners, tables, and other materials.
  • Social Media Interaction: Encourage social media engagement by taking photos, posting live updates, or helping attendees follow and tag the brand.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Collect attendee feedback, report on event success, and provide insights into customer perceptions or interest levels.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in promotions, events, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Personality: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable approaching and interacting with diverse groups of people.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle challenges professionally.
  • Physical Ability: Capability to stand, walk, and lift materials up to 20 lbs, as the role may require moving event supplies.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as events may require.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with social media and able to use mobile apps or digital tools for live event updates.


Schedule:

  • Flexible, primarily part-time hours based on event schedule, with peak times on weekends, holidays, and during special promotional periods.
