Description

We’re seeking an effective Paralegal / Legal Executive to assist in legal management of the company. You will: 


  • Conduct research, perform due diligence, investigate facts and develop legal arguments
  • Drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions and pleadings
  • Evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
  • Provide legal guidance and support 
  • Coordinate with legal and other external consultants on cases, litigation or otherwise
  • Represent the company in negotiation, litigations, hearings and other legal proceedings.
  • Prepare and manage legal correspondences including minutes of the meeting
  • Prepare, organize and filing documents
  • Keep track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
  • Other duties that may be assigned.
  • Meeting with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to talk about case details.


Requirement

  • Degree in Legal Management, Law, Business or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in law or any related field
  • Philippine Bar exam passer is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent Proficiency of Google Suites and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) 
  • Ability to think critically, meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and people skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently and recommend best practices
  • Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
