- Operate machinery and equipment following safety protocols.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Document production data and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
- With background in operating CNC machine and can do programming
- At least High School Graduate with experience in operating and basic troubleshooting woodworking machines (such as panel saw, press machine, multi-boring, etc.)
- Analytical skills; able to read plans and optimize materials based on given cut list
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and listening skills; able to follow instructions correctly
- Skilled with power tools is a plus
- Work independently and act quickly
- Can multitask and willing to perform repetitive tasks
