Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the daily operations of the insurance team.
- Monitor policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Track team performance and prepare operational reports.
- Coach, train, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and other departments to resolve operational concerns.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure operational KPIs are achieved.
