- Oversee daily operations of franchise outlets to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide support.
- Collaborate with franchise owners to optimize operational efficiency.
- Implement brand strategies to enhance customer experience and profitability.
- Provide training and resources to franchise staff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong willingness to work on field and conduct store visits
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions: Frequent travel to franchise locations required
