- Assist in the maintenance and repair of facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance tasks and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols across all maintenance activities.
- Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
- Support administration of maintenance requests and follow-up procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or administration
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of maintenance systems, documentation practices, HVAC systems, basic repair techniques, and safety protocols
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in varied environments and physical settings
