Description
- Provide exceptional customer service via online channels, including email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product concerns, and order issues promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using computers and online customer service tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
