Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies:Fluency in English Language both written and spoken.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and other communication technologies.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Working Conditions: This position is onsite. Must be capable of working in a onsite environment with minimal supervision.
