We are looking for a specialist to implement offline conversion tracking between Zoho CRM, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook). The goal is to attribute conversions based on six specific CRM status changes and feed them back into both ad platforms for accurate optimization.

What You Will Do

• Configure Zoho CRM to capture tracking parameters (GCLID, fbc, fbp).
• Set up offline conversion integrations with Google Ads and Meta CAPI.
• Connect Zoho CRM to external platforms using webhooks and iPaaS tools (Zapier/Make).
• Ensure all six CRM status changes trigger corresponding conversion events in both ad platforms.
• Complete full end-to-end testing and provide documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of advanced Zoho CRM experience (Workflows, Deluge scripting).
• Demonstrated experience with offline conversions for Google Ads and Meta.
• Strong understanding of attribution and tracking identifiers (GCLID, fbc, fbp).
• Proficiency with Zapier or Make.
• Experience implementing tracking code on WordPress sites.
• Ability to handle all testing and validation independently.
