Description
An Office Site Staff is responsible for consolidation and procuring materials, equipment, and services for the project site, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies. Coordination with suppliers, site engineers, and the project team, monitors inventory, prepares purchase orders, tracks deliveries, and maintains accurate records. Ensures quality, controls costs, and supports smooth project operations.
Requirements
- Experience in construction procurement or materials handling
- Knowledge of suppliers and materials
- Strong organizational and communication skills
