Educational & Professional Requirements

• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• No age restriction

Technical & Industry Experience

Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of building facilities and MEPF systems, particularly:

• Chillers
• HVAC Systems
• Cooling Towers
• Generator Sets (GenSets)
• Boilers
• Building Electrical and Mechanical Systems

Exposure to the following property types is highly preferred:

• Commercial Buildings
• Office Buildings
• Shopping Malls
• Hotels
• Corporate Tower
• Other Commercial Properties

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 55,000
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Employment Arrangement

• 2-year fixed-term employment, with potential for regularization based on performance and business requirements
• Reports directly to the Operations Lead under the Commercial Properties Group

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation, routine inspection, and preventive/corrective maintenance of all MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) equipment, including Chillers, HVAC systems, Cooling Towers, GenSets, and Boilers.
