Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian (RND) to provide nutritional care and dietary management for a bedridden patient with Dementia, PEG Tube Feeding, and Urinary Catheter.(MALE)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans
- Recommend appropriate feeding formulas, calorie, protein, fluid, and iron requirements
- Monitor the patient's nutritional status, weight, hydration, and overall health condition
- Provide guidance to caregivers regarding PEG feeding schedules and nutritional management
- Coordinate with the attending physician and healthcare team as needed
Qualifications:
- PRC Licensed Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian
- Experience in clinical nutrition, enteral feeding (PEG), geriatric care, or dementia care is preferred
- Knowledgeable in nutrition management for bedridden patients
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
