Patient Care:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor and record patient symptoms, vital signs, and medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist in diagnostic tests and interpret results.

Patient Advocacy:

• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that patient needs and concerns are addressed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals (physicians, therapists, social workers) to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and care needs.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition of care.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (with updated PRC license)
• Entry-level or minimum of 6 months experience
• Preferably with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Support (ACLS) Training
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
• Willing to relocate in Batangas with dorm accommodation provided (for provincial candidates)
• Full-time position
