Key Qualifications:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of Azure foundational components or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Confluent, Akamai, or Adobe services
Observability & Monitoring
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or AppDynamics
Process Improvements
- Background in process automation or improvement initiatives
- Experience with programming languages like Python or Java
Core Skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities with flexibility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities
