About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled MVP Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying the minimum viable version of digital products, ensuring they are functional, scalable, and ready for market feedback. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is a problem-solver, and can balance rapid development with product quality.

Responsibility

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define product features and scope.
• Develop and implement the MVP using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React JS, Ember JS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Iterate on the MVP based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Build and integrate APIs, third-party services, and other external tools to support the MVP.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code to ensure the MVP is ready for future iterations and enhancements.

• Proven experience in developing MVPs or early-stage products 1-3 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, AWS, etc.
• Strong understanding of product development cycles, agile methodologies, and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, languages, and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous experience in a startup or product-focused environment.
