Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation

Create marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials

Develop creative layouts and visual concepts aligned with company branding

Ensure consistency of design elements across all platforms

2. Video Production & Editing

• Edit videos for social media, events, campaigns, and company promotions
• Create short-form content such as reels, TikTok videos, teasers, and highlight videos
• Assist in video shoots, including preparation of visuals, shots, and creative direction

3. Branding & Creative Development

• Develop visual concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines
• Create engaging graphics and multimedia assets for campaigns and events
• Maintain the company’s visual identity and creative standards

4. Event & Marketing Support

• Provide on-site creative support during events, activations, and company activities
• Capture and edit event photos/videos when needed
• Produce same-day content for social media posting and event documentation

5. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Social Media Specialist, Marketing Team, and Project/Event Team
• Collaborate on creative ideas, campaign materials, and content strategies
• Coordinate revisions and ensure timely completion of deliverables

6. File Management & Quality Control

• Organize and maintain design files, video assets, and project folders
• Ensure all outputs meet quality standards before release
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
