Carpentry works (repair, fabrication, installation)

Masonry tasks and structural repairs

Tile setting, finishing, and layout

Plumbing repairs and installations

Conduct inspections to identify repair needs

Follow safety standards and coordinate with the operations team

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Skilled and experienced in carpentry, masonry, tile setting, and plumbing

2. Can work independently with minimal supervision

3. Physically fit and dependable

4. Strong work ethic and attention to detail

5. Experience in construction or maintenance projects is an advantage
